MY wife is asking alimony but she did don't want to give divorce.. in that case
Is this possible can I get a divorce ... and one more thing that I personally not taken any money & whole marriage was sponsored by me. I have dougther 1.5 yrs. She left me 2yrs back. she placed case is in civil court under section 18,19,20,22,23 on January,2019 & I placed divorce November,2018 reason was she was not came back to me & I have handicap brother that's the reason she left also for.she don't won't to take care of my brother....now all this happen what to do.
As the matter is in court, let your advocate submit your arguments and the court delivers their verdict on hearing both sides. It appears to me that both parties are justified in their own stand.
