Can owner deny selling property after getting token advance

Our house is under my father's name. My father is expired. Recently My mother has signed in 20 Rs Bond that we are selling our house for Rs 12 lakhs by getting 1 lakh token advance. We  ( 3 daughters) are not accepted to sell our house. So My mother asked the buyer  that we are not selling the house. and asked them to collect their token advance. The buyer ( those are not real buyer, they are agents cheated us as buyer ) refused to collect the token advavce and forced my mother to sell the house. WE (3 daughters) are outside of the country ( my self in singapore and my elder sisters are in london) my mother is alone in salem. We dont know howto proceed. Daily some five to six people are coming to our house and threatning my mom to sell the house. Please help us how to proceed with this. Awaiting your advice ASAP. Thanks  Aruna

respected querist,l

in your query its the matter of a agreement but it is void by law as agreement considering consideration amount of rs 12 lak is not valid in rs 20 stamp paper, secondly if your father is dies without making that house in particular lrs name ,then you three sisters have also equal share in that house so your mother can not sale that house only on her wish ,if the other party is threatning your mother it is totall illegal and they are liable to punish as per law, send your full detail and your mothers address and house detail and second party detail if you want us to proceed any legal action against the second party on yours behalf and to ask authorities to give your mother a protection.

with best wishes
