Can pension be attached by court to satisfy a decree - order

see sections 11 and 124 of the pensions act 1871. all pensions are paid by Govt of India either to its employees directly and to private employees through the pension accounts opened by such private employees. and virtually all pensions are covered under the act and the courts have time and again upheld the same.
