The staff of the co-op. bank are not shareholder, therefore they should not be permitted to enter into the meeting hall. As in the meeting, some confidential debate may happen so their presence in the hall may leak the information to the defaulters of the bank.For arrangement their presence in the hall hall is justifiable, but when the meeting starts they should vacate the hall and sit outside the hall.
