An FIR was lodges under Sec 420,120b without any investigation by son against his father and brother and LOC was issued and arrest was made Request to state home secy and DGP was made and special investigation team was formed in different zone .After due investigation cancelation was recommended and report is filled in court
Can judge accept cancellation in first date even if it is objected by complaintant as investigation was done by high power commette of police and approved by DGP or judge is compelled under law to accept request of complaint and order for reinvestigation .
in case he can accept cancellation in first stoke is there any similar judgement
