Hi, I purchased a flat with car parking in bangalore. And builder alloted the carparking of his own to all the flat members. Finally i also got one car parking area which is the very wrost one. Like first thing it is place in one end so it will in the sunlight a little bit of back side of car and the flooring was not proper it is not a flat floor he alloted the car parking area in a slanting floor. I am very much worried abt my car parking because without handbreak or without putting the car in gear i will go down automatically.
I need to accept this or any legal process is there or not? Someone quickly response for this it will be helpful for me -Sri
