hello sir,what is the maximum time in which police have to present challan after the fir has been lodged in ipc 420/467/468/471?
can challan be presented without FSL report by police?
in rajasthan govt. ,a employee who is appointed by undersigned of director,
can permission be given to lodge FIR against him by deputy director who is working as incharge director ? is incharge director entitled for FIR permission against an employee?
