Hi,
I am completely disheartened and hopeless as its been almost 10 years since i filed cases under sec 138 against a party for bounced cheques in surat/ahmedabad and even till today no affidavit has been put in these cases in surat. the party who dishonored my cheques never appear in court, no action is been taken against them.
can anyone please suggest what should i do? as i have put in all my resources in this case.
