I have changed my name after passing class 12 (CBSE) in 2014 . In June 2015 , CBSE amended the name change rules to "applications regarding changes of name or surname of candidates may be granted provided the changes have been admitted by the court of law and notified in the government gazette before the publication of results of the candidates ". Now since there is no possible way to change my name in CBSE records , it will inevitably create problems while applying for passport and visa . Please advise what is the best possible method / strategy to follow now as per the aforesaid problem to avoid hassles ?
