The matter is that By mistake the Date Of Birth according to the Municipal Committee is 18 - 10 - 1946, Person completed his matriculation from the punjab university Chandigarh, DOB on the matriculation certificate is 25 - 10 - 1946, after that completed MBBS and the certificate of MBBS contains the DOB is 25 - 10 - 1946, and all other documents, such as, aadhar card, voter card, passport contains the same DOB 25 - 10 - 1946, and getting his pension after retirement as an associate proffessor from medical college, on the same DOB 25 - 10 - 1946. Please find me any authority or judgement in the court ordered to the municipal committee to correct the DOB according to the documents.
