Change of name in ssc certificate

Dear Sir,

My name is Durga completed my 10th in 2000 march and Btech in 2007.My su rname has been wrongly printed as KOLLURI instead of KALLURI.I have done affidation. I paid a challan to the ANDHRA PRADESH PRESS and I got a letter from THE ANDHRA PARDESH GAZETTE HYDERABAD on TUESDAY JUNE22 2010 and later I have done notary and gave paper advertisment in EENADU paper on 20/06/2012.

I got the problem while applying for passport they are asking to cange the name in 10th class certificate so please tell the procedure to correct my name in the certificate

Miss.Durga,

he change in certificates is not done. I advise you to follow the following procedure:

In case you wish to change your name, that also includes your father's/mother's name (!!) or even Surname you have to follow a very simple procedure.

1.	Go to the State Government Press in the Capital City of your state.
2.	Ask them for the form for change of name and obtain it.
3.	Fill up the form and submit it (preferably then and there).
4.	Pay the requisite Fees in cash. (Rs. 120/- in Maharashtra for routine (6-8 weeks for publication) and Rs. 620/- for urgent (2-3 weeks)).
5.	The Press would publish the details of the change of your name (or father's/mother's name, or surname as be your case) and post you two copies of the Government Gazette or ask you to collect the same. The press would also let you know when they would publish the same.
6.	Thereafter wherever you wish to submit your change of Name / Father's/mother's Name / Surname Proof, you can submit true copies of the relevant pages of the Gazette.

Dear Sir,

I am Sampath Reddy I finished my MBA archival I have a problem in my S.S.C certificate I have problem that Name is sampath Reddy Allada But it is allawada and My father name is like raveender reddy but it shoud be like Raviender reddy only please help me out for the modification how to do it and SSC to MBA name is same as in ssc i am doing mail you sir please help me out on this

I need to change like this Allawada.Sampath Reddy & Raviender Reddy as father name

Sir,

Thank you for the reply. I have done the procedure explanied by you but when i applied for passport they said that i should do corrections in my original 10 th certificate. Please tell me the procedure for that.
