Change of user in residential

Hi ,

 

would like to know if anyone can throw light on CHange of user from residential to commercial property

 

What are the rules for the same?

 

i have a residential property in vashi ,navi mumbai which i would like to convert into commercial .Is there a stay on this ( as informed to me by an architect)

I think you can convert it into residential  there is no permission required.  Your Muncipal tax will be calculated according to the commerical rates .

If u r stay in registered society any person of society  give a application against u  for that commercial use and u don't says that which type commercial work u do in residential premises. It's not possible because any member give application for that and file a suit against u.

if your property obays all bylaws of navi mumbai corporation you can convert by permission of revenue authority.what type of commercial use you want to convert?
