Charitable society

 
What is  the procedure and under which law a  registered charitable society  (12AA) can transfer or sell its property to another charitable society (12AA) having same objects?
Can someone help by quoting judgements or acts, sections etc....

I am not an Lawyer, but to my knowledge you can just transfer only, you cannot sell to another charitable trust.

Respected Lawyers, if i am wrong also let me know the procedure for the same, as in company in which i am having job is holding charitable trust and does not have taxable income & still we file I.Tax Return regularly.
