Hi to all. We are a event management company and we did event for one of the agency in Andhra Pradesh. Now that agnecy(a person) is cheating us without giving the balance amount for the completed event. The owner of the agency is not even hearing our words and he is bravely saying, if u can get money from us. This is what he is saying all the time. Kindly advice on how to recover money from him and take action.

With the evidences in your possession, first issue him a legal notice demanding the amount for completed work, if there is no proper reply, you may file a suit for recovery of money. Contact a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.
