Had filled cheque bounce case and finally on 2015 got judgement in our favour and court issued NBW (3rd time) to Bangalore police to arrest the accused but till now no action taken by police as accused wife is lawyer.
Court had also ordered accused to pay back amount.
Please help me what should be the next action?
