Sir,
I stay in Mumbai, I had given Loan against property at VIJAYAWADA & the party had executed & signed Bill of Exchange notes PAYABLE at MUMBAI,along with the post dated cheques.
Now his cheques are bounced.
How do I proceed & What will be court fees,Lawyer fees etc.etc any complications sort of issues.
Please advice.

send notice and even after he does not pay file case at Mumbai.
At Mumbai you have to pay TWO PERCENT stamp duty for filing case.
Be careful in selectin an aDvocate since many just copy paste and send notice which has many mistakes.
It will taketime but if you persue properly and the party is solvant you can get your money.
