Child custody

Dear Learned members,

I am seaching for a judgement on child custody. Wife is suffering communicable deasease (Hepatitese b).

Is there any judgement ? please give me the link. thanx in advance

Dear Seniors,

Pls reply. its very urgent.

Case Brief:

Initially i filed writ under Heabeas Corpus for custody of child in Patna High court stating that the child has a probability of acquiring the disease which is at present not curable. (Right to Live Healthy). High court directed Family Judge for disposal of the case within 30 days from the date of filing.

Now trial is on Monday (27/01/2014). I need some help in court judgement.

Pls Help.
