this is sunil, m staying at airoli in navi mumbai, my problem is i had purchased a flat at airoli sector-9, for that i have got housing loan from DHFL financial institute, now after 3.5 yrs i am planning to shift my housing loan to state bank of india but they require cidco noc since i dnt have conveyence deed cause we dnt formed a society cause there is some conflict between land owner and builder. since we have cleared all the document which is required by sbi bank e.g oc, cc, triparty agreement, lease agreement with cidco etc. but after all this thing they also required cidco noc.
so for that i had visit to cidco office at cbd belapur but they said since you dont have formed a society, so we cannot give you a noc, so instead of that we will give you a regret letter to your bank.
