Civil suit - court summons

Hi Everybody, In partition suit urgent notice was issued and summons were served but among defendants only one defendant has served with notice and other two defendants resides at mehboonagar and Two defendants resides at Abroad Canada and they are avoiding and not taking any summons and matter is delaying at court.. pls advise.

You may seek permisssion for public Notice by Paper Publication at Mehboob Nagar and send summons to other defendants in abroad vide R.P.AD where they are living presently.

Ask your Advocate to take the steps.

Sir already summons were send to defendants who are living at abroad through RPAD but they are not accepting any summons at abroad so can we ask for steps towards all defendants together including defendants living at abroad and here in mehboonagar..
