The Senior civil Judge has pecuniary jurisdiction to try the cases valuing Rs.3 lakhs upto Rs. Ten lakhs. Pecuniary means relating to money.

It cannot be filed directly in High Court as it is within the jurisdiction of Senior Civil Judge.
