community certificate

sir I was born in tamilnadu ( Pudukkottai dist) in 1969, and shifted to andaman & nicobar Islands.I have optained sc certificate from thesil office of my area.Now I need same certificate for son for his studies? Iam a govt.servant in andaman & nicobar islands.can i get it? as iam a regular visitor of my village.

SC certificate of a State may not be valid in other State as it may not be notified as SC in the other State.
