Company's flat member become committee body of the society.

We need your valuable advice with respect to prevailing bye-laws of Cooperative Housing Society. Our Society Chairman is a CEO & MD of ThyssenKrupp Industries Solution India Pvt Ltd staying at Vastu CHS and have been nominated by my company to represent the apartment . The Committee members were appointed as office bearers of this Society in April 2017 till March 2022 for the tenure of 5 years. The society has a total 6 duplex flats in this society. It is to be noted that except for 1 member, the remaining 5 flats are owned by different Corporates . This individual resident member has objected that the company owned flats and their company nominated representatives cannot hold the post of society committee members ( i.e. Chairman/ Secretary / Treasurer).
