Sir, My uncle is Govt employee and worked as an Attender and retired Govt. employee and his salary is Rs.15000/- to 30,000/- and his sons are local goons and rowdies. At the time of his service he cheated his office and taken bribe and colluded with officers and earned and constructed three apartments worth Rs.5 crores besides he is running with his sons money lending finance business and having flats, unaccount cash, Gold etc. My uncle is spoiled our life saying lies to the neighbors and relatives and damaged us. I want to give complaint ACB and CID. Please advise shall I give complaint to ACB and CID if so what precautions you want me take. Please advise. Thanks for ur time.
