dear sirs,
I have constructed a house in 1977 with compoundwalls four sides. After my constrcuction others to my sides ie east and north theyconsructed the house some where in 1984-86. Since then they have not raised any objection with regard to compound wall constructed by me . East sode house owner died . NOw his son who inhereted the ownership has unilaterally broken down the compound wall saying that it is built in his site during 2009. since then he is not allowing me and not coming forward to construct the compound wall . Let me educate the legal position and how to resolve the issue legally?
