Dear Sir/Madam
My wife had filed petition u/s 25 of Special Marriage Act seeking nullity of marriage. Now both of us want to compromise and give the marriage another chance. Next week is our 3rd and last counselling. I want to know from you what is the procedure for Compromise. Will the compromise be in that petition ? I want her to withdraw the petition and her allegations citing misunderstandings. Earlier she had alleged me of non-consummation and physical incapacity to consummate and also dowry. Kindly suggest the process of compromise.
