I am Working with PVt. Ltd. MNC, we are about to acquire a pice of land on lease , however we are not buying same from MIDC directly but from original leasee.
Vendor is asking for 60% advance before effecting valid transfer . but in order to safegurd our right can we take cobnditional POA from him to do entire activity for valid transfer in case of his failure to effect transfer???
