Contested - dismissed with costs

I am respondent and petitioner's divorse petition is DISMISSED WITH COSTS and my counter claim is allowed in family court

can you please help understand what is DISMISSED WITH COSTS.

Court trail is of 38 hearing

If the court has dismissed the divorce case with costs then the petitioner has to pay you the costs as imposed by court.

do i need tofile petition

The judgement states that the case has been dismissed with costs, what else you want

You can file a petition through your advocate to claim the cost.
