March 2012 I got a notice from my wife for u/s 12-i-c. I attend the court with no objection but judge declined the application of my wife saying the ground is not valid for null and void. I also want to come out from this. My wife and her parents called me and ask me to arrange a mutual paper mentioning no objevtion from both side about 2nd marriage. As MCD will take long time. It is now 7 month and there were no live together.
