Should our leaders concern themselves more about the Country and its citizens or with their post as to what office to wish to work in?

Service element is politics is long gone today its has become a serious business, or more specifically a family business. But if a ceratin leader has a necessary or specific qualification whereby he can handle the situation more effeciently then in that case their wishes to work for a particular posts should be given importance not otherwise.
