Please mention supreme court's and High court allahabad's orders, that will be useful to get bail for Husband and his relatives in first hearing of dowry case (498a + 3/4 DPA).
because, as i think judge doesn't give bail on first hearing and persons approach to higher courts.
&
higher courts give bail immediately. and also direct to lower court to bail husband immediately

Bail is a matter of discretion of the court. Though in other states remedy of Anticipatory Bail is available and in the same, courts regularly grant interim stay. This recourse is not available in UP and Uttranchal. You would need to move respective High Court and get stay on arrest.
Allahabad High Court also grants immediate stay on arrest in dowry harassment cases and put the matter for mediation. Allahabad HC also directs the lower court to dispose off the bail petition on the day when the same is moved. But please understand that disposing bail petition does not necessarily mean granting bail on the same day.

just go through that sites and browse as per your version of complaint and you will get orders and also a expert lawyer is needed to handle the case alongwith judgement
