Hello Experts. I need your advice for getting an address proof letter from my Brother. We both stay together in the same flat. I want to use his rental agreement address as my proof of address in all my communications. So, what should be the content of the letter for getting it signed from the notory to make it legally sound.

As rent agreement is registered at SRO then it can be directlu used as TEMPORARY address proof. Also u need to to mentioned ur PERMENANT address also.
