We do have few properties that mentioned my mothers's name and 2 of my brothers with me. We do have 4 names on each property.we are 3 brothers and 4 sisters. As my parents are no more, can you please how these properties can be shared between all of my brothers and sisters.
Option1 : Properties would be divided in 4 portions and my mother's share (0.25) would be shared between 7 (3 brothers and 4 sisters)
Option2 : As my father purchased each properties with my mother's and sons name, so it would be divided in 7 as it all inherited from him.
Please advise.

Option 2 as that property is not purchsed by you and has been purchased by your father so it will be considered as ancestral. This property has to be devided among 7 of you.
