I want to know what precautions we need to take while entering into a contract with a website development company.
I had made a website before and the experience was very bad. The website development company took me for a ride.
So I want to know what kind of service level agreement can be made with a website development company. Is there a sample copy of the same ?
Is it possible to take a bank guarantee for website development.
What kind of legal precautions should be taken so that that the website development company does not cheat me and does its work properly ?
