Complaints on judges

Hi

1-1+2024 abc company frauded me..I took polygraph from private company and passed the test to prove that abc company is a fraud.

I'm logging in the complaint against abc company in the high courts aka writ petition to respond back to me.

Some Guntur/Vijayawada/ Hyderabad/Chennai judge was talking to a constable and asked who is Yasaswi Gomes. The constables informed the judge that I'm a rapist.

Is this an allowable practice by a judge? Constables are not even educated and how can a judge believe. CI, SI are telling the truth?

My query: how to arrest a judge under all circumstances?

,making allegations against a judge or any individual requires a thorough investigation and adherence to the law.

 Allegations Against a Judge: -

*Judicial Accountability*: Judges are not above the law, and there are mechanisms in place to address allegations of misconduct. -

*Inquiry and Investigation*: Allegations against a judge are typically handled by the High Court or the Supreme Court, depending on the jurisdiction.

 Procedure to Address Allegations:

1. *File a Complaint*: Submit a formal complaint to the concerned High Court or Supreme Court, detailing the allegations and providing supporting evidence.

 2. *Inquiry Committee*: The court may constitute an inquiry committee to investigate the allegations.

 3. *Action Against the Judge*: If the allegations are substantiated, the court may take disciplinary action against the judge, which can range from warning to impeachment.

Important Considerations: -

*Respect for the Judiciary*: While addressing allegations, it's essential to maintain the dignity and respect of the judiciary. -

*Rule of Law*: The law must be followed, and any allegations or complaints must be substantiated with evidence. Your Specific Situation: Regarding the polygraph test and the alleged defamatory statement made by the constable, it's crucial to: -

*Gather Evidence*: Collect and preserve any evidence related to the alleged fraud and the polygraph test.

- *Consult a Lawyer*: Seek the advice of a qualified lawyer to understand the best course of action and to draft a formal complaint. Impeachment of a Judge: Impeachment is a serious process that requires: -

*Proof of Misconduct*: Substantiated allegations of misconduct, which can include corruption, abuse of power, or gross misconduct. -

*Parliamentary Procedure*: Impeachment requires a resolution to be passed by a two-thirds majority in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha.

If you feel that the judge is involved in the allegations you can very well give a complaint with all evidences to prove your allegations to the registrar of concerned high court.

You will be summoned for investigation where you can give an affidavit declaring the allegations with evidence and look for relief or remedy.

Your 100% correct. I'm preparing my muscles, brains and financial resources to arrest the judge in my future filings because Police, lawyer, politicians son, cinema actors will contrive to ruin my case just like last case.

Si and CI blasphemous bribe takers. Next, I'll record them and hit directly.

Important fact- I saw police, lawyers and Bantroth talking during a break.

It is illegal now a days cause lots of case judgements are manipulated.
