Is it mandatory to discrib all ancestral properties in a suit of declaration of share between partys?

If the plant shows proper schedule, and the connected certified copies of documents/title deeds are filed, there is nothing more to disclose.  Your advocate take care of those necessities and amendments can also be made if required before the end of Trial with permission from the court.

Yes, in  partition suit all the proerties and concerned parties to be included otherwise it may dismissed summarily on that ground alonw.

As per recent supreme court judgement on  a general rule, suppressing essential information or furnishing false or incomplete information will be a ground for setting aside suits.
