stuck upi payment

I had made a payment to a merchant through Google pay . payment failed but money deducted from my account.complaint filed to google pay.google says that money was credited to merchant account but merchant does not accept that he got money.what to do next

Take a receipt from Google Pay along with your Bank statement. Share those to the merchant. In case despite he ignores, better to complain the matter before the cyber police or apply before the court for investigation. If you find that the merchant was lying, you can sue him.
