Please Please Help! Urgent!

my marksheet was lost. so i got duplicate. so when i applied for recruitment/job. I got a mail that that my application is rejected due to duplicate marksheet. can company cancel my application due to duplicate seal on top. kindly help?

Contact your employer and explain your situation, however, there is no legal issue involved in the post.

they are deyning me job because of duplicate certificate. what do i do now?

Since, the employer is a company i.e., a private organisation, it is protected by the Aarticle 19 of the Constitution
If your applciation is rejected by any govt. organisation you can fight legally under Article 16 of the Constitution
