Corporation Power to prohibit land owner to form Union

Can Corporation like BSNL, AIRTEL, AIRCEL etc; prohibit the towers land owners to form Land Owners' Union where tower is installed in diferent places in the State?

I do not think tower landowners can be prevented to form unions to protect their interests, forming unions and associations is a fundamental right under Partt III of Constitution.

Thank you very much Sir. The union is formed simply for collective bargaining and to address their grievances collectively and not for any other purposes. It is not only the case of mobile service provider or internet service provider but there may be many such instances in India,  where powerful corporation tried to stranguled the rights of the land owners who are mostly ignorants of their legal rights. I must also admit that it is also a clear violations of International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights by powerful Corporates. Thank you Sir, for giving your kind attention to this matters.
