I friend got conveyance deed of my flat from DDA under PM Uday Scheme and also got registered from sub registrar office. In GPA Flat No. D-2 Rear side Portion is written but back side portion is missing in Conveyance deed, now he is selling his flat but purchase bank technical report says that no loan can be finance due to not showing bank portion in deed , now what should my friend do now ?

The deed being registered, certified copy could be obtained.
