Councelling in crpc 125

Brother,

If your wife does not want to stay with you, you should file section 9.

Under 125, you should pay alimony.  There is no counselling here.  IF you dont pay money to her, court wil lissue warrant and send you jail.

As she is not willing to join you, take divorce, this is the right time.

Yes. You should insist for counselling as that would save the matrimonial life and also future of the child.  Court will give you enough opportunity to settle the matter in counseling.unless it gets impression that you are delaying it for ulterior motive.
