Court fees for cheque bounce case

How shall the court fees can be calculated for cheque bounce case ?

Is it dependant on amount  of cheque or fixed for type of case ?

What are the different type of fees involved in court case of cheque bounce

Is there any link for it

only Rs. 2-10 will be fixed as complaint u/s 138 of NI Act.

 

if you file any civil suit for recovery then the court fee will be paid as per the state rules.

For the recovery of money you have to file summary suit. For filing summary suit you have to pay court fees for the punishment of the accused you have to file criminal complaint under section 138 NI.
