dear sir,
I have an credit card due of Rs. 600000/- of which Hdfc is 3.5lakh, sbi 2lakh of 2cards and axis 1lakh. I have request for settlement sbi says no as I have to pay full amount. Hdfc says I have to pay 2.60lkhs. I have told Hdfc that I can do only 60k but they aren't agreed they are sending people to threaten me and my family. same thing has been done by sbi. Request you to plz suggest me what I should do.

Dear querist,
If you have borrowed some money from bank then you must repay it in order to avoid complication at latter stage. Considering the amount bank will do every to recover their money.
But if they are using illegal means to recover sum against you and your family then complain to police station.
