Criminal defamation:wife alleges husband impotent in dv case

Hi,

Please, your guidance please regarding filing defamation suite ..

1. Husband files Divorce.

2. Wife files for Divorce in different court.

3. After 6 months of above, Wife files Domestic Violence and alleges husband is impotent. this is to blackmail husband for big chunk of money..which he can not give .. wife  family is richer than husband ...wife earns big chunk of salary and fully lied in DV case by showing 42% less salary that actual..

4. Husband is potent and gave application for potency test.

 Now,

5. is it possible to file Defamation  :  Criminal one.. Husband doesn't want monetary compensation..he just want justice  for defying him in socially/public,society. This attempt was done deliberately so that no one will ready to marry him with this allegation.  already spoiled husband's current life, This tried to spoil husband's  future life as well.                                        Male person too have emotions/prestige/heart/feelings/respect.

6. If its allowed ... when it is good time .. and whats good strategy ..   may be  there are 2 types Civil and Criminal types. Whether  to file case now and keep on hold (by stay) .. etc.

7. if its not allowed, what are other choices that husband can do to get justice...

---------------

or any other suggestion you wish to give...  (why  husband is  pressing for this..as this is not just one allegation..there are many other serious allegation against all my families male + extended family male counter parts ... like molestation, etc. .. this has also caused lot of damage inside family..as well as in society... all these are 100% FULL LIE as  husband's family really took each and every good care ... but all this marriage saga was just for extracting MONEY ..
