I gave notice of 5dishonoured cheque to two notice.But I filed compliant one for this two notices.Now court is say that you have towithdraw this complaint,What I can do? If any citation than give the citation.

A single complaint can be filed even if two notices are served for dishonour of five cheques if other conditions are fulfilled. It is nowhere provided that a complainant has to file as many complaints as many notices have been served.

Hello Smruti,

u have not placed exact picture of ur case. There was a citation of apex court delivered by Justice K.T.Thomas that single complaint is maintainable for any number of dishonoured cheques. I will furnish later.
