3.A,a private person followed and arrested a second person B relying on unimpeachable statement of a third person C that B had commited a non bailable and cognizable offence.whether Aa CAN DO SO??PLS REFER TO RELEVANT SEC OF CRPC?

As per S.43 of Cr.p.c.  a private person ha a right to arrest any other person if he has committed a non bailable and cognizable offence in his presence.

In the present case since the offence was not committed in the presence of A he has no right in law to arrest B relying on the statement of C.
