Daughters right in property

Hi,

My client was gifted with a property by her Dad, she have a gift deed for the same. The said property also shows my clients name as owner as per the Tamilnadu’s department portal. Her brother tried to register the same property in his son’s name mentioning that his father was drunk when he signed the gift deed and grandfather’s property belong to grandchild only.

Can this transfer be rightful?  Can my clients son (also his grandchild) claim right in his property?

Note: The said property is mortgaged under Tamilnadu society, before gift deed done.

Thank you, he is just trying to register the property in his son's name. Is this transfer possible when the property is in my client's name,

It should not be possible, if the title is in name of your client.

Keep a vigil on his moves.
