Deed of conveyance-daughter's name not included

My father bought one flat on 2011. In the deed of Conveyance (between the PROMOTER and My Father+Mother), my name is not included. Now i am having the doubt that my father may sell the property conspiring with my mother without my consent and notification.

Is there any way out by which i can restrict the same. I am their only daughter, married now and i want some way out so that the selling is not possible without my consent. If that has to happen, what is required to be done.

Will with the demise of my father/mother (Owner of the House), will i inherit the property by default?

If the property was purchased by your father in his name and your mother's name jointly out of their own source of income, they can jointly alienate the same as they wish. Such a situation, your consent is not necessary one.

No doubt, if  your parents died intestate leaving the property, naturally and automatically, you will become title owner of the entire property soon after their death as their legal heir.
