Deed of hypothecation-applicable stamp duty

The collateral security for properties located in different cities can be executed in one city also.

If the deed is executed by a registered deed then the applicable stamp duty is to be paid.

No. Only where the properties are situated, you shall get registration of the jurisdiction ie. Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi or Assam. Not in anywhere India.

Where to execute Deed.

You can execute the the registered deed in any location where at least one of the property is located.
