There is a civil case between me(plaintiff) and the other(defendant) in the court.But the defendant is threatining me to drop out from the case.I am a poor person.What to do in this regard?Kindly help me.

What is the threats posed by the defendant?, is he compelling you to withdraw your suit?, he cannot do so, you do not accept or get frightened over it, if he still persists, you may lodge a complaint with the police for threats and intimidation offences.
