Dear Sir,
We are facing a dilemma and a denial of honour of retiring in the designation fitting Pay.The enclosed is a letter addressed by me to the Senior Vice President how we are denied of justice. Please help us / our group whether we have any legal remedy against this injustice and denial of retiring with due pay befitting our designation and scale.
Presently the MMGS-111 is given 4 increments after reaching the Top of the scale. The present arrangement made by IBA even if the MMGS-11 are not promoted allows the juniors to reach the top of the scale but limits with three increments. Earlier in 6th & 7th BPS the MMGS-111 were not having any stagnation increments even if they are higher in cadre and designation. Starting of stagnation increments to the lower scale of Scale-1 and scale-11 officers prior to the the MMGS-111 has resulted in the anomoly of an early start of the stagnation increments and even bypassing a MMGS-111 officers even if later in the 8th and 9th BPS the MMGS-111 are allowed Stagnation increments.
